The Alliance to Save Energy’s PowerSave/Green Campus Program is known at UCSF as the LivingGreen Team. It’s a student-driven energy efficiency workforce education and training program that generates actual energy savings, and trains the next generation of energy efficiency professionals. Since 2004,the program has expanded to 16 campuses throughout California, including community colleges, and employs approximately 70 student interns each year.
The LivingGreen Team has been a successful partner ship between PG&E, The Alliance to Save Energy, and UCSF to encourage peer to peer interface with student interns to effect energy saving behavior changes in our campus community. Please feel free to introduce yourself to our LivingGreen student interns when you see them. Collectively, the team can be reached through their group email address: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
