Equipment Reuse Program
Our Equipment Reuse Program allows employees to claim secondhand, working electronics that would otherwise be discarded. The equipment is FREE and can be used to set up your home teleworking office or to supplement your campus office.

There are two ways to pick up equipment:
1. Come to an e-waste event:
Bring a completed Equipment Reuse Agreement form with you to the event, with a signature from your supervisor. E-waste events often receive a large amount of used monitors, keyboards and mice in good, working condition. We highly recommend you stop by our table there from 12-2pm to choose from the best selection. At the E-waste events, equipment is given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2. Visit our 654 Minnesota office:
If you cannot attend an e-waste event, we do store a small selection of inventory available for pick up at at 654 Minnesota (near Mission Bay via Green shuttle). Click here to see available inventory. If no equipment is listed in the inventory, it means we are out of stock at the moment. We will restock at the next e-waste event, if any equipment is left over, or you can pick up directly at the e-waste event. At 654 Minnesota, items can be reserved for one week after the agreement form is emailed.
